Common questions
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. Candidates follow a unique invite link and record directly in their browser. No sign-up, no app, no download.
Which browsers are supported for recording?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Safari does not support the MediaRecorder API required for video recording.
What happens to videos after the storage period?
On the Free plan, videos are automatically deleted after 7 days. On Pro, videos are retained for 1 year. Enterprise can configure custom retention.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a per-seat fee on the Pro plan?
No. The Pro plan is a flat $49/month for up to 5 team members — no per-seat charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
